Hello fellow Fitness Pals!

Just discovered this site with the help of another cyber friend who recommended it. I understand this is the spot to be fit and healthier. I seem to be a "do over" gal and once again seeking "the road" to "the goal". In my case, the goals are few, but very specific.

Complete my first round of P90X - February 2011
Speed Walk a 1/2 Marathon - May 2011

My mantra for these two hefty goals is "Keep On Keeping On".
