20 pounds to go

I got 20 pounds to lose... But I'm ata stand still. Ive been crossfitting 3-5 times a week for the last 5 months and haven't lost any weight. I know I need to be stricter with diet but it's really hard. Im just complaining but I need to lose this weight! Ideally a good chunk of it by November. Any suggestions?
