Lose Weight? Eating junk food and not eating vegetables

My boyfriend says that he is losing weight by not eating vegetables ( which I think is unhealthy) and eating fast food (subway, mcdonalds, wings and things). He stay is under his recommended calorie goal. I was wondering if that was possible.

Well, yes.
Losing weight is just a calculation where your calories in is lower than the calories you burn.
You can lose weight eating nothing but twinkies (A guy actually did that)
It won't necessarily be healthy, but it's definitely doable.0
