I have a new favorite lunch meal

I just thought I'd share because I eat these almost everyday!
I've been taking a boneless skinless chicken breast and cooking it on the stove while seasoning it with hot chili powder or Cajun seasoning. I cut it up into bite size pieces and put it on a fajita size flour tortilla shell. Then, I dice about a 1/2 cup of onion and caramelize that on the stove with a couple drops of Tabasco sauce added to it. After the onions are halfway done I mix in a diced Roma tomato. I cook them both fully and mixed together. After I put that on top of my chicken, I add a tablespoon of Daisy LIGHT sour cream (tastes the same as regular to me if it is Daisy brand). Then I add some Ortega taco sauce. SOOOO GOOD, VERY filling, AND ONLY 300-330 calories depending on how much taco sauce and sour cream you put on it! This is WAY less than any mexican restaurant or somewhere that serves burritos.
3-4 oz. chicken breast
1 Chi Chi's Fajita Flour Tortilla
1 Roma Tomato chopped
1/3 Yellow onion chopped
1 Tablespoon DAISY LIGHT sour cream
2 drops Tabasco Sauce
Seasoning of any kind to Taste
Mild Ortega Taco Sauce to taste
