Hi everybody, I am new to this forum and I am with MFP last tree weeks, when my daughter show me an apps on my iPhone. I like the program and options. I was fighting with my weight last 15-20 years. I was trying a lot of different programms, including Jenny Craig and Atkins - nothing worked. I always use to cook healthy food, eat a lot of salads, never use to drink sodas, but with my age only continue to gain weight. From the Nov 14, I have lost 3lb, at least my weight not going up, last week a went back to gym with pilates, boxing and zumba classes, also I am walking at least 30 min any other day. I record my food, exercise and weight every day, to keep me in track. Hope to see support on this forum. Thanks
