When it says 8 cups of water every day - does it mean cups like 8 oz or cups like glasses? Some places I read that a "Cup" (aka glass) is 4 or 6 oz. I think here it refers to an actual 8 oz cup but just double checking. I usually don't keep track of that but I know that I don't drink enough water right now - mainly becuase my tap water is not very good and no $$ for bottled and no fridge space for a filter Working on it though! I read that you should drink .5 oz for every lb you weigh. That can be LOTS of water!!
