Today it has taken everything in me not to binge.
So far I have had two yogurts (200 kcal), one apple (100 kcal), three cappuccinos (250 kcal- used a pint of milk), three squares 90 percent cocoa choc (160 kcal), 2 quorn mini eggs (120 kcal).
It's not 10 am yet! I still want lunch and dinner today but I am trying to loose some of the huge amounts I have gained through bingeing.
Any advice for lunch and supper? I usually like big meals... But trying to break the binge habit and a five thirty am start has left me craving for cake!

How much are you eating? According to your ticker you only have 4 pounds to lose so you should have loads of calories left unless you have set your goal too low. Weightloss will be slow for the amount you need to lose you need patience and to actually eat enough
Maybe your urge to bing is due to chronic under eating?
Have a look at the link. Good luck

Good meal suggestions thanks guys- I have some salmon in the freezer and lots of veg in the fridge...
To the previous poster who said am I under kcal- that's an old figure, I am trying to loose body fat and just not binge- currently 34 percent body fat, but 10 stone 4 - but I look overweight if that makes sense. X0 -
Go for a run or something.
For low calorie meals, I like egg white omelets with veggies and a bit of cheese and some toast, a can of tuna with a bit of mayo on half a bagel with some veggies on the side, or grilled chicken breast with veggies. Or a bowl of oatmeal with some nut butter. I tend to need complex carbs to be satisfied.0
