hips/waist/legs ratio

Hello,
my hips measure 90 cm
waist 75 cm
legs are long 101 cm.

I am trying to get the proper figure on a healty way.
Please, can U advice me the best way to get it.

    I jogging was (quite) useful just because it was combined with unhealthy diet. So I am searchign the most effective way to get it more narrow.
