Just testing this site out before I really start after Christmas. Found this site via ipod apps and it is a really good site to get motivated and to ensure you jot everything down.....Great site!

    Do yourself a favor and join. I have never been a part of something that has motivated me as much as this site. I am actually friends on site with my sisters and a few friends. I find that the extra accountability, other than to myself, is most challenging. I am 58, I am at my goal weight and have never felt better in my life. Good luck!
