I Am Dragging....

Hey Everybody,

So a couple of years ago, I went on a super strict lifestyle change. I followed an eating plan (set by a doctor) to a "T", and I ran 3-4 times a week, 3-5 miles at a time. I would never skip the gym and dropped weight quickly. I still weighed about 10lbs heavier than I did in college, but I was healthier. I could run a 5K on a day's notice if I had to.

Cut to 4 years later. The weight has come back on. I reached my heaviest (180) and have dropped down to 162-165 range. I can't get below 160 now. I know I am so close, but I feel so sluggish. I know my problem is exercise. When I'm exercising, I am more careful about what I eat (don't want to undo all of my hard work). I re-joined Jazzercise for the month before classes start again (I'm a law student). I have a stationary bike at my home, not to mention work out videos galore. I am just dragging @$$.

If you're like me and need some mutual motivation, please add me. I am also searching for some local 5Ks or other challenges that would potentially motivate me. I feel alone in this journey, so I'm looking for a little push from someone... anyone!

Thanks!
