    I prefer real potatoes to the sweet ones.

    And, I'd think, any veggies

    ETA: and string cheese is nasty, have the real stuff.

    FYI: string cheese is just mozzarella that has been kneaded. No less real than any other mozzarella. I make it at home with milk, rennet, and salt.

    First- what's you're goal???
    1.) Bikini Competitor- in final stage prep dieting
    2.) anything else

    If it's 1.) carry on- do the diet if it makes you happy.

    If it's 2.) then no- you do not need that diet and you can manipulate it how you like and eat whatever you want as long as it meets your long term goal (lose weight- get strong- bulk etc etc)
