What's your unusual low-calorie combinations?

Options
Just had a bowl of stewed rhubarb, cinnamon, cayenne chilli peppers, pecans, Lindt dark choc bits, and almond milk.
As the bulk of it was home-stewed rhubarb and unsweetened almond milk the calorie hit was pretty low and I thought it tasted damn good.

Now looking for more unusual flavour combinations and textures that are not too calorie heavy?
