Hello!
Please, how can I find in diary under excercising different values for different weghts?
I was lifting today 4 kg for a half of the minute, but how would I write if I was lifting 5 or 10 kg?
Many thanks!

Under "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training" I can just choose MY OWN weight, not the weight of the things I lift...

I started few days ago with my friend's weights.
He has changable 1.25 kg and 0.75kg on each one 2x, so he can estimate the weight.
My question is how can I write to DIARY HERE what weight I lifted, because I can choose just my own weight (not hte weight I lift???) and the time how long I did it...???
(I do not believe that one minute lifting 110 lbs woulld take just 7 kcal anyway,...)0 -
The correct answer is C) don't waste your time using the terrible log here for your strength entries. Get an app like jefit instead0
