To change 1 thing in either the United States or anywhere else in the World, what would it be?

Example: I would limit the terms in Congress to the same as the President (2 term/4 years ea)

Fun Example: I would change the National Bird to a Seagull (I would never really do this)

    Snow would be alright, but I would make it so it never landed on roadways/sidewalks/driveways. Shovelling sucks. It also wouldn't land on my car so I didn't have to brush it off.
