    I personally have not tried it (it is on my to do list). However I do know several people who have done it and they do nothing but rave about it. Is it on the same level as P90X or Insanity? Probably not, but I have heard only good things about it.

    I have it and I liked it but it wasn't enough of a cardio workout to help me lose weight so I moved on to Turbo Fire instead. What are you hoping to accomplish from using it?

    I've got it too but really wasn't impressed. And to be honest I felt the instructor was a bit korny. Anyway just wondering how others felt...and if I should give it another try. I also agree that it didn't provide enough cardio.
