Anyone else out there in my situation?
I work as a ICU nurse, 3 days a week/12 hr shifts. During my shift, going to the bathroom is quick....tinkle and roll out! I never get the feeling I need to "go". But, on my days off, I can "go". I almost feel as if I'm making up for the days at work when I can't have a BM.
Stress?
I eat basically the same at home and at work....

I can't imagine those days off are pleasant. Any way you can up your fiber or take five to try to go on the days you are working? Probably not the best to be holding it in until your day off three times a week!0
