Hello!!! I am 26 and 5'1. I am also vegetarian and I am on the "1,200 calorie" plan. If anyone is in a similar boat, feel free to add me. I need all the support I can get! This diet sucks so much but I am hanging in there!!! :)

    Hello there! I'm also 26 and am doing the "1,000 calorie plan". I am not a vegetarian but I do feel like I'm in the same boat with you just the same. I just started this diet yesterday and have been downing water like it's going out of style. Best of luck on your journey!
