My name came from a cheesy (i.e.: "awesome") 1980s B sci-fi flick, "They Live".

Forty-six & 2 is a Tool song based on a Jungian theory about the next level of human evolution resulting in people having 46 chromosomes + 2 sex genes.

Some of my personal favorite lyrics:
I wanna feel the change consume me,
    Feel the outside turning in.
I wanna feel the metamorphosis and
    Cleansing I've endured within

    My shadow
    Change is coming.
    Now is my time.
    Listen to my muscle memory.
Contemplate what I've been clinging to.
Forty-six and two ahead of me.

ETA: I changed the format of the title to be more appealing as my username. I felt like Forty6and2 looked better than Forty-six&2

Play off of my first name and affinity toward Wolverine comics. The 999 was random.

Created about 20 years ago... got pissed when my name was always taken... so I created a name that started with Z (since it's unusual), naturally needed a vowel after so went with 'e'... had to end with an 'a' to show that I'm female... if you speak Spanish you'll understand 'a' tends to show that the gender is female....

Years, and years ago... somewhere in the vicinity of 1996 or 1997, I decided to open up a Yahoo account. I needed a name. I was getting tired of my BBS/AIM handle so wanted something different. The previous Friday night we'd watched Stargate, and it had a Goa'uld named Linea. Unfortunately, at the time, I didn't pay attention to the credits, I liked how the name sounded, and I spelled it with two Ns. Linnea was taken, so I just picked a number that seemed to flow well, Linnea4 was born. I've been using it around and about the internet ever since.

Although, recently I've felt the bug to change things up a bit, so I actually changed my Steam ID. Haven't decided if I'm going to use Linnea4 on future accounts or not.
