Chocolate dipped figs

I've made these twice this week and can't get enough of them!
First, I halved fresh figs and dehydrated them overnight. Then, I melted about a cup of good quality dark chocolate (I used Ghirardelli, 60%) with a pat of butter. Dip the figs in the chocolate, lay on a parchment lined baking sheet, then sprinkle with fleur de sel. Chill in fridge until chocolate is set. I find that the fiber in the figs and fat in the chocolate keep me full for a long time. Enjoy!
