Carbs and protein! Lean muscle!

Hello everyone , I am counting calories also keeping track of fats, carbs, protein.
I am on a 2000 calorie diet but can I still loose fat and gain muscle by keeping a balance in protein and carbs? I just can't seem to have a low carb intake. For example today I have had 80g on protein from foods like turkey tuna ect. And carbs from yogurt and fruits making a total of 89g. Will this work for me? Or can you give me some pointers? I'm doing this cause I got myself checked and I'm 13% BF and want to get down to 9% preferably in about 10-12 weeks. I do work out also throw in some cardio. Please help, thanks
