Does it count toward your water intake? I'm trying to limit my pop consumption but I miss the bubbles

I've always counted mine as water. I know it has aspartame in it as well so "they" (whoever they may be) say it's just as "bad" for you to have this as it is to have diet pop, but I've always counted it as water. Best of luck to you!0

I drink seltzer water or flavored sparkling water from Trader Joe's and it has nothing but water in it. No sodium, no sweetener. I count it as water and it makes me feel like I'm drinking soda when I really need that carbonation fix.0

I love seltzer water, which is just carbonated water, with a slice of lime squeezed in it. It tastes good, gives me my bubbles, and is good for me.0
