Short-term running substitute

I finished c25k about 3 weeks ago, so I'm still fairly new at running. My husband is leaving on Saturday for what was supposed to be a week, but has been extended to 3-4 weeks. I have. 2.5 year old, and a crappy stroller, so running with him is out of the question. We don't have money for a gym with child care, and my babysitting favours are all called in to cover my work schedule.

I have a 5K race scheduled for Oct.12th, so I want to find something I can do at home to ensure I maintain my cardiovascular endurance. I have a 5lb and a 10lb dumbbell, and YouTube, and need something I can do while my son naps. Any suggestions?
