I just found the 30 day fitness challenges...After I went shopping for clothes. I found my self standing in the little cube of a space to try clothes on and looked down turned to the side and back around and what I saw with the 360* mirrors was shocking. I saw what called my baby butt ( bigger than a hand full of fat at the top of my thighs ). Seeing that kicked in the long asleep part in my brain that said we need to do something about that. So that night I came home and googled lower body exercise. Thus I found the 30 day fitness challenge. So I picked up a challenge, so here I found my self.
Weight ---> 365
Waist ---> 64 in
Hips ---> 70 in
Thighs ---> Left 34 in Right ---> 39 in
Claves ---> Left 23.5 in Right ---> 22 in
I picked up the 30 day squat challenge
Day 1--50 Squats ---> Legs feel so wobbly
Day 2--55 Squats ---> Leg so sore * hurts to sit down
Day 3--60 Squats ---> I can do 15-17 squats in a row before I get all tired and out of breath.
Weight ---> 365
Waist ---> 64 in
Hips ---> 70 in
Thighs ---> Left 34 in Right ---> 39 in

I picked up the 30 day squat challenge
Day 1--50 Squats ---> Legs feel so wobbly
Day 2--55 Squats ---> Leg so sore * hurts to sit down

Hips ---> 69 in ---> So Far I lost 1 in
Thighs ---> Left 32.7 in Right ---> 38 in---> So far between the 2 Thighs I lost 2.3 in
Claves ---> Left 23 in Right ---> 21.5 in---> So far between the 2 Claves I lost 1 in
A GRAND TOTAL OF 3.8 INCHES LOST FOR DAY 1-30
