During the day I only have so much calories per meal I can eat all up (1200), as I'm not en charge of my dinners. I need some fulling low calorie foods or snack ideas that I could possibly make. Most of the time its my mind that's telling me I'm hungry, I really need to ignore it. Also is cups of tea without sugar have any calories in it? Thanks!

I like kasha go lean cereal mixed with kefir, or yogurt. quite filling and high protein.0
