Am I doing enough exercise?

Usually, I do 10 minutes of jump rope (takes 20 minutes due to rest breaks) three times a week. I did that for three weeks before health issues as mentioned below came up.
and I walk for 35 minutes at a moderate pace Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday mornings.
I haven't done jump rope in over a week due to infection in my leg, but I'm hoping to get back into it within a few days. I have still been walking, however.
I'm thinking of just creating a circuit training routine of jump rope, push ups, lunges, squats ect. I don't have access to a gym nor gym gear, all I have is my rope and myself. I'm hoping to invest in some dumbbells soon though.
Any help will do, I'm hoping to be noticeably toned in the next 4-6 weeks, but I don't think that will happen.:ohwell:
NOTE: I have been eating healthy as possible and have only had a few slip ups.
I also suffer VERY SEVRE bloating so my stomach always pops out a bit. Any suggestions on this? I'm taking Inner Health Plus due to 3 courses of antibiotics in a month, that helped until I started the second course.

Body weight circuits are as good a form as excercise as any, and realy effective.

Set your self a High Intensity circuit, for at least 45minutes (including breaks) and try and put it into your routine 3 times a week, maybe instead of walking.

Should consiste of rounds of 5minutes, 1 minute per excercise. Thats just my opinion.

a typical 5 minutes would look like

    Excercise 1for 1 minute
    Excercise 2for 1 minute
    Excercise 3for 1 minute
    Excercise 4for 1 minute
    Excercise 5for 1minute

    Rest 90 seconds

    Repeat.

After 3 sets take a 3 minute rest and repeat until 45minutes up.
