15 Pounds by End of January

Mission 1- lose 2 pounds a week to reach my goal of 15 pounds by the end of January.

Calories 1200 intake

5x's a week 90 minutes total of working out (walking, cardio...)

2x's a week min of 30 minute workout

    You go girl. I'd LOVE to loose 15 lbs by end of January, but I can not at this time fit 7 days a week in at the gym. I do 1 hour total at least 3 times a week and so far I've lost 20 lbs in 3 months. If I upped it, I know I could do 15 lbs by end of January, but who knows. Good luck though!
