MOTIVATION!!!!!

2 weeks and I feel looser in my pants....Imagine what 3-4-5-6-7-8 etc weeks will do!!! NEVER GIVE UP! Keep on pushing!! results take time....train insane or remain the same! Feel sore of feel sorry!!! YOU CHOOSE!
they say 2 weeks to feel it, 4 weeks to see it and 8 weeks to hear it!!! GO GO GO!!
Motivation is what makes you start but habit is what keeps you going!! TRUST me I was soooooo lazy..all I had to do is take a decision and control my mind!!! hard in the beginning but 2 weeks later I CANNOT skip my training. I'm addicted and its so damn worth it!!! TRUST ME IT WILL PAY OFF IN SO MANY WAYS!!

It's 4 in the morning, I have none of that.
I do have: putting on my old jeans yesterday and finding them oh so VERY loose and falling off; that's motivation!0
