It is bad being in college and having a cafeteria, 2 fast food cafes, snacks in the room, and a required meal plan permiting 3 meals a day. I have been trying to occupy my time more so I don't snack, but the issue is when I get to the cafeteria or other food places on campus... I just eat and Eat and EAT! DOes anybody know a way to curb appetites in a heathy way or any other tips?

Have a cup of tea. Hot makes the stomach feel full. If not, go for the rice cakes!

Hello! I am in college to and have had the same problem.
I am not to sure about your meal plan, but I changed mine to 1 a day. So that I am not comsantly surrounded by all the bad stuff.
And I turned all the snacks in my room to healthy ones! Alho since I have a sweet tooth I took out anything that will get me started on cravings.
    Some examples:
    Soups (nile spice specifically)
    almonds
    popcorn
    yougurt
    veggies

so it doesnt hurt to snack as long as its nutrient rich! Instead of that garbage they want you to eat xD

fruit or granola for fiber, cheese for fat. the fiber fills you up the fat keeps you full. apples and blue cheese are my favorite after class snack.
