Need ideas for new foods with normal cupboard ingredients!
I'm so bored of eating the same stuff every day! But there's no really interesting ingredients that I can use around the house, we have the normal, a lot of herbs and spices, fresh meat, processed meat, normal cupboard stuff (soup, beans etc.) pasta blah blah blah but I never seem to eat anything interesting! Ideas please????

Cranberries, blueberries, pomegrants.
I watch a lot of Dr. Oz and he always talks about this stuff and how they are super fruits and so good for you...yada yada.
Maybe you could google receipes with this stuff? Just a thought!0 -
If you take a can of white beans (small white or cannellini) and saute garlic and olive oil
Add a can of water and simmer 20 minutes
Add 1/2 box pasta and tbs of oregano and salt to taste.
Cook until pasta is tender

The cookbooks: Loony Spoons, Crazy Plates and Eat Shrink and Be Merry are all generally made with the premise that recipes should be doable with what normal people would have in their cupboards, or what can easily be found at a regular grocery store. Their recipes are pretty good, and pretty easy. I can't say that I always have all the ingredients, but they are easy to find.0
