How many calories do you think this exercise burns?

Trying to guesstimate it. I want to say a little less than 100 per set? I was thinking of doing this and on my off days either hiking or walking for an hour or so.

I'm a 26 year old male, but this is actually really tiring me. After 1 set I'm already sweating.
