Hi guys,
I just started weightless strength training today. I did the exercises in this post:
http://blog.myfitnesspal.com/2014/08/improve-your-running-with-this-simple-workout-its-great-for-non-runners-too/
So my question is: Do I also log it in the cardio section? becuase both the strength section and the cardio section have push ups. Do I log it on both sides?
Another question is, why does strength training logs not showing burned calories?
This is my first time to use the strength training logs so I hope someone can help me to udnerstand how to use them. Thank you.
