Also might want to read Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson and look into 5 x 5 lifting workouts.0

I did a decent caloric deficit....and lifted....and kept my macros in check

Doing just free weights, and 2 days of light cardio....
all diet, and staying on my plan....
and doing a desk job
such a tease....

I personally wouldn't worry about BF % and measuring it.
I would go by how you look and feel....
But hey to each their own0 -
okay! yeah I went a couple months without the scale but then I stepped on one last week and was discouraged to find it hasn't moved BUT I feel I look better0
