    Yep....just a quick note....
    you have to be patient.
So stick with a caloric intake for a few weeks...see how things go.

One weeks worth of caloric deficit can be undone on one day of binge eating.

haha! I don't know if it affects the 1600 calories you suggested for me?!

just as a comparison, i am 5ft5 and 133lbs and i eat NET 1700 cals to lose bodyfat, and i probably do less exercise than you... and i do a desk job...

And you look really lean, ha I love eating, I'd love to eat more without having to worry about gaining any fat!

And you don't look really lean???? If that is you in your picture, you look pretty darn lean to me. Lean machine, in fact. Very nice legs.

Should I expect to lose any weight when I'm cutting more body fat, or just throw away my scale?

If you are in caloric deficit, you will lose weight.

What we are trying to do is have most of it be fat, and less of it be muscle.

That is why a decent caloric deficit
    adequate protein consumption
    and lifting weights

Also might want to read Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson and look into 5 x 5 lifting workouts.

I personally wouldn't worry about BF % and measuring it.

I would go by how you look and feel....

But hey to each their own
Yes, this. By your own admission in your OP you get caught up in "numbers". Sounds like you're still focusing on them: calories, weight, BF%, etc. It's ok to know the numbers to use as a gauge, but don't let them take over. Keep track of your measurements and how you look and how you feel. Particularly when you get down to a lower weight and/or BF% the numbers don't move much, which can SEEM like a bad thing, but it's not necessarily the case.
