How do you count the calories in a label like this?
Amount per serving
Calories: 140 Calories from fat: 110
Do you add those two which will make it 250 calories per serving or does that only mean that 110 out of 140 is fat?

The total calories are 140 and 110 of those are coming from fat. Just count the 140 calories towards your daily calorie allowance.0
