Overeating

Here are some ways to prevent over eating...
1. Drink alot of water
2. Eat a snack like nuts and vegetables with a low fat dipping to prevent overdose of food
3. Eat alot of fiber foods
4. Wait 20 min before eating and ask yourself. Am i really hungry?
5. And finally. Put all of your meal on one plate (dont stack) so it looks big. Also, chew your food and drink water to fill yourself in between.

    I have recently found that some hot tea can buy me an hour or two of feeling full for 0 cals (or few cals if I use honey). better than snacking.

    Eating foods high in fiber like brocolli, whole grain bread, oatmeal, apples, whole wheat spagetti, hot air popcorn almonds pecans peas ect can help you feel fuller longer. Good Luck!
