Mid-Day Snacks

Hi,

So I've just recently started running in the morning before work, as opposed to after. I've noticed it improves my mood DRAMATICALLY and makes the dead end monotony seem a little better.

But that brings me to the problem of 11am I'm starved and ready to scarf down my lunch.

I'm looking for some healthy snacks that are easy to prep. Today I have a Chobani Yogurt, normally its Siggi Skyr since its higher protein and lower sugar.

Personally I'd just have lunch at 11am then, and a bigger snack in the afternoon. Or maybe a bigger breakfast instead.

I wake up at about 5am, have a banana with peanut butter. Let it settle, hit the gym by 5:30am. Run/lift weights. Get done around 6:30-7. Drink my protein shake right after. Wait until 8am or 9am to have breakfast, which is a piece of toast with an egg on it, greek yogurt, and a protein bar normally. Hope that helps!

I keep a fruit bowl on my desk.

I also have greek yogurt in the fridge. If I'm extra hungry I will eat a spoonful of peanut butter for a quick fix.
