Just starting!!

My name is amy. Currently I Weigh 215, am 5' 10". i am looking to get down to 185 by the beginning of march. Then the next goal is 165 by the start of summer. So i am hoping to lose 50lbs in 7 mths. I think i can do it. Actually i know i can do it.

This isn't my first time lossing weight... i was once almost 300lbs and i went down to 175... then i broke my knee and was out for 6 months. Then i fell in love and lost my drive. ohh what love does. It took me 2 years to lose 125lbs before. i kept most off it off. but not all of it. time to get back in shape!

I am also looking for really simple easy tastefull recipies for single people. thanks in advance!
