Mommies trying to get and STAY healthy!

Hello everyone, I am a wife and mother of a 13 month old and I have tried numerous times to lose the weight and tone by body back up. The struggle has been a hard one but this time I am serious about losing the weight and staying healthy! I gained 46 lbs during my pregnancy and have only lost a whopping 19 lbs. My goal weight right now is pre-pregnancy weight of 200 lbs (I'm 5'7' and carry my weight very differently, My muscle tone is weird but I don't LOOK my weight lol) In my mind I know that I am very over weight and my ULTIMATE weight goal is 160lbs. I just figure if I can get to my pre pregnancy weight I can then work to lose the rest before I get pregnant again! It would be great to partner up with more mommies of young children so that we can motivate each other! I'm looking forward to a better and healthier experience in my lifestyle! We can share workout tips, tricks, recipes, and strategies for making time for MOMMY to work out! (My area of struggle lol) :happy:
