I add a little bit of Torani sugar free syrup to enhance the sweetness.
my usual is 1 cup spinach, 1 cup almond milk, 1 T ground flax - 1 cup fruit ( mango or peaches make the smoothie a lovely green color)

My go to recipe I found at http://www.peanutbutterandpeppers.com/2014/02/10/raspberry-vanilla-smoothie/

    Raspberry Vanilla Smoothie
    Ingredients
    1 cup frozen raspberries
6 oz container vanilla greek yogurt
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened

    Instructions
Add all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Yields about 2 cups - If I would usually 1.5 the recipe for more and that would come to 232.50 calories. Use 1.5 cup fruit, a cup and two tablespoons of yogurt, 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons of almond milk

I finally was able to make it with all of the correct parts this week and it was unbelievably yummy. Could drink that all day!

I've been doing it with mixed berries and just vanilla yogurt.

I'm someone who doesn't really understand using water, ice, sweeteners. Just use more frozen fruit, some other liquid and more fruit for sugar!

It seems to be somewhat hard to find recipes that don't have one of the above, there weren't many from that large list that I would try because most called for water or ice. I'm someone who likes to go by the recipe if possible.

    1/2 c frozen blueberries
    1c frozen strawberried
    1 tblsp ground chia seeds
    2tblsp PB2
    1tblsp cocoa
    1c Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    3 tblsp greek yogurt

**I add one packet of truvia too.

Comes out to about 255 cals. Super good, super filling. Every morning I either have this or oatmeal, but usually this.
