Hello all, 29yo F from Louisiana here. I'm turning 30 at the end of the year, and just went past 300lbs on the scale, which I'm very unhappy about. I have previously lost weight just by hitting the gym regularly, but never changed my terrible eating habits. So i never lost significant amounts and I never maintained it. I moved to a new town 6 weeks ago and joined a gym a month ago. I joined this site so I can keep better track of my intake and make some changes.
