So because of my busy schedule I sometimes can only do a 20 min work out (usually two of the 10 min solution work outs) 3/4 times a week but I just feel like this isn't enough every week, sometimes I do cardio DVDs so I exercise 5 days a week but I am just not feeling like this will help me lose weight?

If you're really pushing yourself, you can get a really good workout done in 20 minutes. Ever tried a Tabata workout? It's a short workout, but super tough if you're doing it right0

Exercise is primarily for fitness. Cardio for endurance & heart health. Strength (resistance) training for keep lean muscle while eating at a deficit, bone health and so much more.
Yes - exercise burns a few calories and can help increase your deficit. But you can get that by just eating less. Just strive to be as healthy as you can be.
Exercise is a lifestyle change for me. I used to lose the weight & then stop exercise.....the weight came back. No more....I do the amount of exercise now that I hope to do forever.0
