Hello,

I got off to a good start in January, but I've been slipping over the summer. ready to get reinvigorated. Would like to do so with the help of new friends. Especially interested in connecting with people from mid-Michigan as my goal is to get healthy enough to retire to my family in Mt. P.

    Not really Mid. I'm in the Grand Rapids area. 48 and on my journey of getting fit and staying that way.
