Hello all,
I was a part of this community when I was deeply anorexic, so coming back with a new profile and a healthy goal is a big step for me. I've been from 120 to 135 to 93 up to 145. It's been extremely hard for me to be at this weight. While it is technically still healthy, I would like to lose 10-15 pounds, depending on how I look.
I'm going to try to become more active, starting with very gentle yoga videos at home (and if anyone has suggestions for yoga videos, I would love them!!!) and walking more. I do regular squats and some calisthenics when I have the energy, but I work full time now (for the first time ever) so it's been a rough transition.
I would appreciate friends and support. I'm scared and embarrassed to go to my loved ones; I don't want them to think I'm relapsing and I'm ashamed of my weight. So I need support from here! My boyfriend is going to try to support me in a hands-off sort of way, which I appreciate. He understands how nervous it makes me.
So thank you all!
