Good afternoon fitness folks, I am back to shake off these last few pounds. I originally joined MFP in January 2011. I've lost 83 pounds to date. I was super active on here for the first year or so, I can't tell you all the things I have learned from this site and the members of this site. This has been my biggest weight lost help tool. I left this site almost 2 years ago for a number of different reasons, life got hectic, I had took on way to many friends that I wasn't able to keep up with and things became way to overwhelming.
Thankfully I was able to still maintain my workouts and healthy eating to some degree without going backwards, but I've sense come to realize I've been trying to lose this same 15 pounds for over a year now and it's time to get back focused and MFP definitely kept me focused. So here I am again trying to add a little discipline, and hold myself a little more accountable for my workouts and my meals, and hopefully I can end this plateau.
