Getting photoshoot ready!!

Hi all.
I am a nutritionist in the UK.
I write for various popular publications on the topic of nutrition and am having a photoshoot on 21st September. Due to moving homes and not having a kitchen I got into pretty bad shape.
Well I have to get back down to around 6% body fat by 21st September for my photoshoot.

So far I am down from 18% to 11.5% so I am getting there!!!
