Well I finally entered my daily food diary, and I really watched how much I ate today to meet my goal.
I have not been working out but need to and want some motivation to get going and stay going. I have gained 15 pounds since March 2010, and really don't like what I see in the mirror and also how I feel inside. I decided to make a commitment to myself to once and for all be happy with myself on what I accomplish everyday.

    :flowerforyou: :glasses: good for you! you have a good attitude too - it's good to get into this incrementally. it's hard to make 20 changes overnight, but you can do them one at time and make them stick. it took me a long time to get at least 3-4 days of exercise a week in and had been working at that prior to joining the site. when i first logged the food - it took me a while to hang of measuring things and figuring out portions, etc - i wasn't even worried about going over or under - just trying to get the information in there accurately!
