Wow... I made Shish Kabobs for my visiting relatives and neighbors last night!
Calories were estimated, but should be pretty close -
Ingredients Sirloin Tip, Shrimp, Bell Pepper, Tomatoe, Onion, Mushroom, Pineapple
Seasoning - 1 medium bottle Soy Sauce, 1 small bottle of Cavenders, about 1/2 cup of Sugar.
About 300 calories per Kabob and DARN, they were delicious (included 2 pieces of meat, and a little of each vegetable!)
They were really a hit and tasted so good that I figured I might have blown my days calories in just a few Kabobs. LOVE Cavenders Greek All purpose seasoning!

I love that Greek seasoning! I put it on everything (except ice cream.) Especially good on shrimp. Sounds really good! (minus the sugar for me)0

The sugar really only takes the edge off the seasoning on the beef/shrimp.
Plus, its not really completely stuck as most of the juice is never used.
However, you could just use more pineapple! The Cavenders and Pineapple is just ridiculous! I have to buy two pineapples cause I have kids and my mom asking for JUST pineapple kabobs!0
