Hi all. im back to try this again. the first time i was here i lost 50 pounds. the second time .. barely 10. mostly because i lacked the focus to make it work. So.. two knee surgeries later.. im back trying to lose the weight i gained back during the recovery period and a bout with depression ( i have arthritis in both knees and little to no cartilage left in either knees). I have been trying to work out in some way everyday. this week was the first week i really tried to watch my eating and excersize everyday. Monday. i returned to zumba after being away for nearly 2 years. it was difficult but i really enjoyed it. tuesday i rode my bike 13 miles. and took a 4 mile walk. weds back to zumba. and today 13 miles on the bike. All excersize HURTS like HELL. in fact walking up the stairs HURTS. i do have to take meds to be able to do anything, im hoping once i build up more muscle in my legs again that i can cut out the pain meds. Anyways.. would love some friends to try to keep me on the straight and narrow.. :) THANKS.

    Hello

I have been back for about 3 weeks. I love Zumba! It is so much fun. I do it at home because I feel comfortable doing it by myself and live in a small town. Good luck to you. Add me if you like.
