Hi guys,

Im looking for an app to compliment mfp. I want an app basically like the mfp app but to track my exercise. So i want to set daily goals and see if i reach them, but mostly i want to see a graph showing when i have done a workout and when i havent. Kinda like the graph when you go into nutrition-weekly and it shows u which days ur under and over.

I just want to properly track my workouts.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Jacqui

Sounds like most of the tracking apps can do what you want, there are several options and it can depend on which one you get on with most.

For me, my preference is Strava but the usefulness of that depends on what sort of phys you do and how you use the statistics. Probably not quite right for you unless you're putting in a lot of miles of running or cycling.

Others would be Endomondo or Runkeeper, both of which are pretty solid.

Others that personally I don't rate would be Runtastic and MapMyFitness, I've had stability issues with both.

/if you're talking about resistance training then JeFit is probably your best bet.
