So, I have used the app, and site some time ago, but have been bad and it shows these days. I was successful in losing the weight I wanted and achieving the shape I wanted, but time, and work and family, oh and awesome holidays tends to work against most of my fitness goals. At 6'2 and 199 (today) I don't have lots to lose I don't feel, but it supports me to be able to see others here achieving great things, and making changes to their life that can be permanent, and healthy. Don't get me wrong, I like my beer nights, wings, and a juicy burger, but I also understand it comes down to calories in vs. calories out (for me) wish me luck as I do for you, and if ya need a helping hand, let me know. I know a bit about nutrition, and exercise, and bikes. Yeah I am one of those goofy road bike guys :noway:
