Need Motivation! :(

Hello,

I need some support to stay strong and start to lose weights before it gets out of control.

I'm 5'2 weighting 132lbs. The heaviest that I've ever been. I don't fit in my clothes anymore.

I will start graduate school in autumn and I really want to change my bad habits of eating junk food and not exercising.

I don't think I hate going to the gym. I am just overwhelmed by the amount of things that I need to get done to reach a better lifestyle.

I don't like to be portrayed as being lazy and giving all kinds of excuses to not go to gym. I just like to see results fast or some progresses. So I get depressed easily.

I want to lose 20lbs or reach a size 2/3. (Now size 6). In 4 months. Possible?

    I would love to help keep you accountable. I made my food log visible to friends. If you want to, I will check yours and you can check mine. We can keep each other accountable. I can give you encouragement, motivation, and/or tips is you like.
